Havana to Toronto
In Cuba, music is lived more than it’s heard. The unique blend of cultural backgrounds has made it the home of some of the most iconic musical movements throughout history, and to this day music serves as a deep expression of national identity and the glue that holds people together.
As a Cuban born into a musical household, my heart was beating to the Clave rhythm before I could speak, walk, or hold a bow. Years of classical training, including time at the prestigious Amadeo Roldan Conservatory, allowed me to bring that inner music out through the violin, and later brought me to Toronto to play with artists like Jane Bunnet at jazz concerts around the country, or with Vanessa Sears for the 2026 Blue Jays season opener.
I feel blessed to have a life full of music and to be able to share it with others.

Frequently asked questions
Out of town gigs include an additional fee for transportation and additional time. The additional cost depends on your venue location. Feel free to reach out to discuss!
For most event types, 1–3 song requests are included. More requests outside of my usual repertoire will increase the cost. Keep in mind it takes time to learn and rehearse each new song for your event.
I can play nearly anything you'd like! My normal playlists include all-time top hits, pop, classics, and of course, Cuban music!
